I’m Dmitri. I come from an IT industry, where I spent fifteen years building healthy, high-performing teams. At a certain point, I realized my true passion lay in helping people live their best lives, free from irrational fears. This realization sparked my own transformation journey, leading me to build a new career as a coach and business trainer.
I specialize in mindset coaching, helping clients discover their true callings and overcome internal barriers to achieve them. My approach is rooted in classical coaching but also incorporates various action methods, offering a personalized experience for each client.
In addition to individual sessions, I provide on-demand teamwork training, helping teams overcome specific challenges. I also facilitate events and managerial discussions, ensuring all perspectives are heard and critical questions are openly addressed.
